Shop Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all labels and tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for health, safety, and regulatory reasons:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
• Personal care or sanitary goods
• Specialized laboratory materials
• Temperature-sensitive materials
• Research peptides and compounds (once shipped, these cannot be returned due to the nature of the products)
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at info@ljsynergy.ca within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable)
• Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Mail your product to the address provided in your return authorization

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
• A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
• The refund amount will reflect any deductions for return shipping costs (see below)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

• Items with obvious signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply to certain returns to cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking:

• Unopened Products: No restocking fee
• Opened Packaging (Non-Research Products): 15% restocking fee may apply
• Research Products: Cannot be returned once opened (see Research Products Policy below)
• Special Orders or Custom Items: Not eligible for return unless defective

Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. No restocking fees apply to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Important Shipping Information:

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns of valuable items
• LJ Synergy Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
• We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item unless trackable shipping is used

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing and reshipping (if applicable).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@ljsynergy.ca with photos of the damage or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging
• Keep all original packaging materials
• We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@ljsynergy.ca.

Research Products Policy

Special Notice for Research Peptides and Compounds:

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory compounds, these products are subject to stricter return policies:

• Research products cannot be returned once the package has been opened
• Returns are only accepted for unopened products with intact seals
• All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be stored properly and returned in temperature-controlled packaging
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement again
• Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
• Contact your bank (processing time varies by institution)
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@ljsynergy.ca

Refusal of Service

LJ Synergy Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of our terms and conditions
• Abusive behavior toward staff
• Excessive returns or suspected abuse of return policy

Policy Updates

LJ Synergy Inc. reserves the right to modify this shop policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
